Solution:-

Ratio = 1:4:8 (Cement, Sand, Aggregates)
Sum = 1+4+8 = 13
Total Dry Mortar for 1 cum Cement Concrete = 1.54 cum.

Note.
VOLUME OF CEMENT BAG IN CUBIC FEET (CFT)since, 1 m³ = 35.3147 cubic feet = 28.80 No. of bags∴ Volume of one cement bag = 35.3147/28.80 = 1.226 CFT (cubic feet)
Therefor the Following Materials are Required:-

Cement = 1 x 1.54 x 28.8 / 13 = 3.31 Bags
Sand     = 4 x 1.54 / 13 = 0.47 cum.
Aggregates = 8 x 1.54 / 13 = 0.94 cum.

Cement =  3.31 Bags 
Sand     = 0.47 cum.
Aggregates = 0.94 cum.
